JAMILY Design Studio was founded in 2008 by product designer Jason Iftakhar and fashion designer Camilla Taylor. They both graduated from The Royal College of Art in 2005, and have worked in London and abroad before founding JAMILY.  Based in Manchester, UK, JAMILY develops products, objects and apparel for itself and other companies. JAMILY is an ethically driven consultancy that pursues sustainable product development, and their policy is to keep the studio exciting by tackling contrasting and varied projects. JAMILY works with local UK manufacturers and wherever possible sources materials with traceability. JAMILY admit that true sustainability in product development is an up hill battle, but one worth fighting for.

  
JAMILY’S experience and  knowledge produces an exciting chemistry which excels and channels the design process into unexpected areas. It is this that makes JAMILY’S products so original and so refreshing.  Geetobee, Apron with Mits and Bunch of Mugs are the first of many exciting products to come.
